Room was comfortable and clean. Great location if visiting Emory.

First off, the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and quiet. Our room had a slight odor/damp feel about it, but it was clean. Valet parking was $55 a night, plus tip. I thought that was too expensive, especially when the service did work as advertised. The overnight valet didn't get our vehicle when I requested it at around 530am. I found him sleeping in the office. This put my family at least 20 minutes behind schedule, which was not helpful.

We had connecting rooms. We had issues when arriving when the doors couldn’t be open and maintenance arrived quickly and fixed the doors. Place was clean but a rooms a little dated. Showers were small and our bathroom didn’t have ventilation fan. The pool was great and even had a deep end of 10 feet! By far the best thing about the hotel and it was indoor.

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The hotel itself is nice, rooms are comfy and quiet. Pillows are hit and miss, but that’s as much personal preference as an actual issue. Easy to get to and very reasonably priced, even being 500 feet from Centennial Park for the World Cup party. However, those aren’t the reason you should stay here. Of anywhere in the world I have stayed, the friendliness and the efforts made by the staff to make this a great stay is absolutely second to none. Anywhere. I would make a return trip to ATL if ONLY to have the chance to experience this team’s excellent work again
